Meet The Team

Dr. Samuel P. Mathew, M.D., F.A.C.C., President

Dr. Samuel P. Mathew is a practicing cardiologist in internal medicine and geriatrics for more than 30 years. With his certification in these boards, he has served numerous senior citizens. He completed his internship at South Chicago Community Hospital in Chicago, IL. He then finished his residency training in geriatric medicine at Cook County Oak Forest Hospital in Oak Forest, IL, and internal medicine at Edward Hines Jr. Veterans Administration Medical Center in Hines, IL. Dr. Mathew did his cardiology fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital Medical Center in Chicago IL. On top of his board certifications, he was selected by the American Board of Internal Medicine as a reviewer for Cardiovascular Disease and Geriatric Medicine board certifications. The American Board of Subspecialty Medicine and Test Development also selected Dr. Mathew as a question writer for the Cardiovascular Disease Board's certification exam. He has a wealth of knowledge in treating the geriatric population through his extensive training and practice has led to the creation of this homecare.

Committed to the well-being and care of her clients, Katie is a diligent and dedicated worker for Family Care Services. She has worked previously for InHome Care Professional Services and has continued to show her passion for assisting the elderly with day-to-day needs.
